Perfect Bore has large STS machines with the
following capabilities:
• 25mm – 90mm; 2000mm depth (4 tonne maximum weight)
• 40mm – 150mm; 1000mm depth (5 tonne maximum weight)
• Puma 600L CNC Lathe: Up to 900mm diameter to 3200mm turning length 3 point steady facility. 5 tonne maximum weight.
• TOS SU100: Up to 700mm diameter to 3000mm turning length 3 point steady facility. 5 tonne maximum weight.
Tube Honing
• Tube honing 25mm – 1300mm twin spindle
• Tube honing 30mm – 340mm: I/D x 1500mm O/L
(1 tonne maximum weight )
• Tube honing 30mm – 340mm: I/D x 2500mm O/L
(3 tonne maximum weight)

>Inspection Facilities
Within a fully temperature controlled facility,
Perfect Bore has:
• Bore Sizing & Geometry Measurement: Mechanical,
air & electronic gauging to measure accuracy within 0.001mm
• Roundness Measurement: Talyrond TR 252 to measure accuracy within 0.0002mm
• Surface Finish Measurement: Surtronic 3+ (20,000 x magnification surface finish analysis software) to measure accuracy 0.01 Ra (0.4 CLA).
• Concentricity & Wall Thickness Measurement: Ultrasonic wall thickness to measure accuracy within 0.050mm |
